  • Identify and Engage your Stakeholders: Define roles and responsibilities to establish a clear agenda for those involved in the management, usage, and maintenance of the digital assets within the organisation. Find out how different groups of users reference the content they use and the steps taken to source it today.
  • Audit Existing Assets: Conduct a thorough audit of your current digital assets to understand which departments are using digital content, what you have, where they're being created, how they are stored, and how they are currently managed. Plan for data migration to move existing assets and users to the new DAM system.
